Academy-Coordinated Monthly Billing: Monthly Learning Plans operate on a recurring monthly billing cycle managed by the academy. Billing continues until a cancellation request has been processed. You will be notified of your billing cycle through the secure payment confirmation sent by our checkout provider.
Cancellation Request Process: To stop recurring billing, you must submit a cancellation request. You can do this at any time by visiting our Cancel Subscription page or emailing [email protected]. Request processing requires 1 to 3 business days.
No Pause Option: Temporary subscription pausing is not supported. If you need to stop lessons, please submit a cancellation request and re-enroll when you are ready to resume.
No Auto-Refunds on Cancellation: Cancelling a subscription stops future renewals but does not trigger automatic refunds for the current cycle. For information on refund eligibility, please refer to our full Refund Policy.
